ummmm.....how long will my package take?  

How long does it take for my package to ship out? 

All in stock orders before 4pm will ship same day, out of stock items can take 5-7 days before shipped out. 

 

How long after my package ships out will i receive a tracking number? 

Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking to be updated and sent to your email. Please check spam if you do not see it in your primary inbox. 

 

My package hasn't came yet and I ordered weeks ago, what should I do?

Please call customer service at 404-610-8820 between 9am-4pm and have tracking # with order # available.  If after 4pm please email: lov3organically@gmail.com

 

My coupon code doesn't work at checkout how does it work? 

Make sure your code is all lower case letters, be sure you have the required purchase amount at checkout for discounts to apply. 

 

I ordered and wasn't able to apply my coupon code, I ordered anyway, what should i do?

Thank you for your purchase, codes are only available at checkout, our customer service reps can not apply coupon codes to orders after check out. 

 

I placed a double order by accident, how do I get a refund? 

You can get a refund only if it is the same order and the package hasn't been shipped out. 

 

I didn't get signature delivery but my package says it should have been delivered to my address whats going on?

Customer service will help you track your package, but we only resend insured packages out when they are lost, we do not insure your items with regular delivery options. 

My package was damaged and I'm very upset!
